1. Human Resources - Senior Executive

Responsibilities:
• This position will be responsible for most aspect of human resources but main focus will be more on Recruitment and Training
• As support function, this position will provide services to all divisions (commercial, industrial and support) as well as to branch offices

Requirements:
• Possesses good knowledge and understanding on human resources method, concept and best practices
• 3 - 5 years hands on experience on recruitment, training & development, job evaluation system, human resources information system
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and assignment yet maintain and foster good team work
• Resourceful and innovative, has strong drive and perseverance in problem solution
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good level in English proficiency (conversation and writing)
• Required language(s): English.

2. Safety and Health Engineer
Responsibilities:
• To coordinate the implementation of safety & health management system
• To ensure that all safety & health policies and procedure are implemented, monitored, reviewed
• To actively initiate and participate in all safety & health necessary program and project.
• To prepare all necessary action required for the OHSAS 18001 certification.
• To recommend necessary action for the compliance to the government regulation as well as to OHSAS 18001 requirement.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in engineering
• Background in Occupational Health and Safety and experience in OHSAS 18001 certification
• Have leadership competencies
• English proficiency both in conversation and writing
• Contract based for 1 year
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
• Preferred language(s): English.
