Recruitment Supervisor / MT Supervisor     

Qualifikasion :

• Profession degree in psychology (psychologist) with min GPA 3.00, GPA ≥ 3.50 will be prioritized
• Female, age between 26 - 30 years old with min 2 years experience in recruitment field
• Strong experience as assessor and interviewer, able to conduct assessment and generate psychological report
• Strong knowledge and familiar with assessment tolls
• Good communication, interpersonal and management skill

• Computer literate (Word, Excel)
• High motivation, dynamic & enthusiastic
• Ready to work under pressure & with tight deadline
