We are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:
RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR (Code: Recr T&D)
The qualified candidate should have following qualifications:
- Hold Bachelor degree in Psychology, Preferably profession degree.
- At least 2 years of experience handling recruitment, training and development areas.
- Strong English literacy both speaking and writing
- High proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
- Competencies: Integrity, Synergy, Commitment, Customer Service Orientation, Adaptability, Endurance & Tolerance to Stress, Emotional Stability, Achievement Motivation, Initiave & Information Seeking, Organizing.
