RECRUITMENT STAFF (RC-ST)
Responsibilities:
Qualified candidate will be responsible in managing all recruitment activities including sourcing, selection and placement for all levels in the group companies.
Qualification:
- Bachelor from Psychology with GPA minimum 3.00
- Certified as Psychologist will be an advantage
- Having minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment area
- Possess understanding in sourcing and selection process
- Able to use and interpret psychological test
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English
