Visual Merchandising
Primary Accountabilities:

• Maximizing the space and layout of the store to achieve higher sales
• Dressing mannequins and making use of creative lighting for window displays
• Preparing for promotional events and dismantling displays at the end of promotional periods
• Visiting stores in the area, working with in-store sales staff and helping to develop their understanding of presentation
• Implementing the designs and plans created internally
• Setting up a ‘model’ store according to the latest design directives
• Photographing the store’s windows to ensure that all stores are consistent with the company brand and image

General Requirements:

• Male, with maximum age of 27 years old
• Minimum a Degree (S1) holder in Fashion, preferably from La Salle or Esmod
• Good command in English both oral & written
• Computer Literate and Internet Savvy
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good Network of supplier contacts
• Good Sense of local market and consumer trends

Requirements for Senior Position:

• Minimum a Degree (S1) holder in Fashion, preferably from La Salle or Esmod
• 0-2 years of experience as Visual Merchandiser
• Experience in establishment, evaluation & implementation of Event Management or Marketing strategies

Requirements for Junior Position:

• A Degree (S1) holder in from any discipline
• At least 4 years of solid Marketing / Sales ( Senior SPB) experience, preferably in Fashion will be considered for Junior position
