1. Assistant Manager Learning and Development
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for conducting Training Needs Analysis and designing customized training curricula for each business unit.
Requirements:
• Has excellent knowledge of teaching and learning methodologies, developing and conducting in-house courses, and coordinating action-based distance learning programs.
• Has at least 6 years experience in the banking industry·
• Has a proven track record in leading training departments, especially in the service industry (insurance, hospitality, etc)·
• Exposure to retail banking and/or consumer finance will be an advantage
General Requirements :
• Bachelor or MBA degree from a reputable university·
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English·
• Strong leadership skills and a high degree of integrity·
• Pleasant personality and excellent customer service orientation
2. Assistant Manager Recruitment
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience working as recruiter in a bank will be preferred
• Good knowledge & experience conducting Criteria Base Interview will be required
• Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Psychology will be preferred
• Good communication in English is a must
3. OFFICER CREDIT-CONSUMER FINANCE
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to Regional Credit Manager in each region, the incumbent will supervise the application processing of Consumer Finance loans and ensuring the completion of application process as well as responsible for the overall portfolio quality of the branch
Requirements:
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bandung,Bekasi or Tangerang.
• Minimum 2 years experience as credit analyst in micro-banking loans
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong Customer service skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Bachelor or Master degree from a reputable university
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Commercial acumen, marketing orientation and drive to succeed with personal credibility
4. Staff Relationship - Consumer Finance
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to Branch Manager - Consumer Finance HSBC, the incumbent will interact day by day with the customers in finding out the customers profile prior to process the application.
Requirements:
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bekasi,Bandung or Tangerang.
• 1 year of experience in consumer banking or multifinancing is an advantage.
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong Customer service skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor or Master degree from a reputable university
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Commercial acumen, marketing orientation and drive to succeed with personal credibility
• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity
5. Officer Sales - Consumer Finance
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to Branch Manager-Consumer Finance, the incumbent will be responsible to lead and drive direct sales team to achieve branch sales target
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in direct sales force management, preferably in financial/banking institution, insurance or retail industry.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bandung,Bekasi or Tangerang.
• Strong Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
