Tesco Indonesia is now looking for a bright talented individual to fill the following position:

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Objectives of the position:
You will be reporting to the After Market Sales and Services Manager. You will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations at the department you will be assigned at.

Requirements:
This position requires the individual to have initiatives and a proactive approach to provide excellent administrative support in an effective and efficient manner.

1. A bachelor degree with GPA minimum of 2.5. Preferably majoring in marketing, business administration, or computer science (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
2. Good computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing programs (Microsoft Office) and other business applications
3. Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures
4. Good communication skill in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
5. Fast learner, well organized, hard worker, and self motivated
