Responsibilities:
- Report to the HR Head
- Drafting resolutions & minutes of meetings
- Arranging meeting, travel and daily schedule
- Make presentation and compiling board/meeting papers
- Typing official letter and filling, drafting & sending corporate announcements
- Responsible to maintain expatriate documents
Requirements:
- Female/Min. 27 years old, graduate from secretarial academy
- Minimum 5 years secretarial experience (HR secretary experience will be preferred)
- Good working attitude and communication
- Excellent command of English
- Should be motivated and independent person to manage and handle all aspects of secretarial work
- Enjoy working in hard pressure environment
- Computer skill is a must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
