We need  talented people to fill follwing position ”

Sekretaris
Responsibilities:

  • Report to the HR Head
  • Drafting resolutions & minutes of meetings
  • Arranging meeting, travel and daily schedule
  • Make presentation and compiling board/meeting papers
  • Typing official letter and filling, drafting & sending corporate announcements
  • Responsible to maintain expatriate documents

Requirements:

  • Female/Min. 27 years old, graduate from secretarial academy
  • Minimum 5 years secretarial experience (HR secretary experience will be preferred)
  • Good working attitude and communication
  • Excellent command of English
  • Should be motivated and independent person to manage and handle all aspects of secretarial work
  • Enjoy working in hard pressure environment
  • Computer skill is a must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
