DMX has an established network of offices in the Asia Pacific region, including China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Malaysia.
PT Packet Systems Indonesia Support Services Division is inviting high caliber and self-motivated professionals to apply as:
System Engineer
Reporting to the Support Services Manager, the role shall cover:
- Develop installation plan and perform installation activities for large scale & complex project.
- Validate hardware and software configuration.
- Solve complex technical problem at client site.
- Write proper technical reports after servicing a client.
- Act as technical leader in large scale & complex project implementation.
Systems Engineer
Competence, Experience and Skill
Required
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics with minimum IPK of 3.0
- 2-3 years hands-on technical experience as Systems Integrator in Large Enterprise and/or Service Provider environment
- Knowledge of data, voice and IP networking architecture, topologies and protocols
- Knowledge and experience on Wireless, VoIP, IP Telephony, and Traffic/Bandwidth Management technology, and implementation
- Hold valid vendor certification e.g. CCNA
- Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance
- Excellent team player, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer relationship skills
