IT System Engineer

Employment type/duration:
Six month contract with permanent employment possibility at the end of contract

Job description:

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Microsoft Windows server operating systems and applications. Recognize and troubleshoot problems with server hardware and applications software. Establish and document standards and procedures.
• Install, configure, and support organization’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet system. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in informatics or computer science
• Having 2-3 years working experience with exposure in system administration for multi-site Active Directory under Windows environment
• Have experience and ability in creating and implementing GPO, security scripts and other scripts in general
• Have knowledge of setting up and operating router and switch, preferably Cisco certified
• Have experience in mail administration under Microsoft Exchange Server
