IT Technical Support
Requirements :
- Male, 25 years of age, S1 Informatics / S1 Computer Science degree
- Having at least 2 year experience as Technical Support for IT Department.
- A multi-tasking person with pleasant personality, people-oriented type, energetic and flexible with a positive attitude.
- Excellent in PC skills and good command in English.
- Good in web programming (PHP, ASP, Macromedia, HTML)
- Good in programming ( VB, SQL server, Data base ) for supporting programmer
- Must have a background in planning, installing, administering and trouble shooting the microsoft exchange and internet information server, and veritas backup exec
- Must process a very good knowledge of TCP/ IP
- Experience network (LAN/ WAN) development, installation, administration and support
- Knowledge in installation and configuration of PCs, servers, hardware, software, routers, hubs, etc
- Understanding for Microsoft Windows 2000 / 2003 Server, Microsoft Exchange 2003 server, e Trust Secure -Content Manager, BrightStor ARCserve Backup for Windows Agent for Microsoft Exchange Guide
- Understanding for any viruses problem and how to anticipate/ clean it
- Having a good skill in finding solution for any computer problems
- Be able to work under pressure, independent problem solver
