The School of Business & Management Institute Technology of Bandung (SBM-ITB) provides high-quality education, offering Bachelor Degree in Business and Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Master Science Management (MSM). Postgraduate Program is planned to be launched in the near future.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the human resources system to get and maintain capable personnel, embody the recruitment and selection management, employee development, payroll system, personnel information system, HR budgeting and to coordinate with the other unit in SBM to accommodate the SBM personnel requirement.

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Educational background in Psychology, Law, and Management
• Having min. 3 years experience in HR Function
• Having good knowledge at HR, Indonesian Labor Law, Indonesian Tax Law, Psychology and Organization Behavior, CBHRM, and Performance Management
• Having good quality in Communication skill (written and verbal), English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Analytical skill, Building Relationship skill, Customer service skill, Negotiation skill, Planning, Leadership and Teamwork
• Familiar with office program
• Domicile at Bandung

Responsibilities:

• As an assistant for marketing officer, focused on the SBM Website
• Update all SBM information into SBM Website
• Public Relation of SBM through SBM Website, Event, and other media
• Marketing and promoting academic program perform by SBM ITB and communicate SBM brand to all external parties

• Education Background Communication, Journalistic, and Management
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiar with office program, web based program, and design program
• Having good quality in Communication skill (written and verbal), English proficiency (written and verbal), alytical skill, Building Relationship skill, and Teamwork
• Domicile at Bandung

Responsibilities:

• As an assistant for marketing officer, for planning and executing SBM marketing program.
• Create the visualization for SBM marketing program.
• Marketing and promoting academic program perform by SBM ITB and communicate SBM brand to all external parties.

• Education Background in Design Graphics
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Familiar with office program, web based program, and design program (is a must)
