Human Resources Advisor
- Design and implement Performance Management system in alignment with corporate requirement on Performance and Development Review program
- Ensure the competency based is integrated in recruitment, performance management, and development process
- Ensures compliance to ISO standards
- Establish and maintain constructive, positive, open and honest working relationships within the HR Team
- Maintains HR Management Systems
- Produce completed deliverables, in a timely fashion
The requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Management or Engineering
- At least 3-5 years experience in the field of Human Resources with specialization on competency and performance management
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate
