VACANCY

Gallo Oil (Jersey) Ltd. is a subsidiary company of PT Bumi Resources Tbk, which currently manages oil and gas exploration in Yemen. To support the development of this project, the company is searching for a high potential candidate for the following positions:

SENIOR OPERATION GEOPHYSICIST - (Code: SOG)

OPERATION GEOPHYSICIST - (Code: OG)

This is a staff position based in Jakarta and Yemen. The incumbent is responsible for planning and monitoring the seismic survey in Block 13 in Yemen, and supervise all the exploration activities in order to ensure that the contractor will do the project as the company standard.

General Qualifications for both positions:
• Min. S1 Degree in Geophysics, Geology, Physics, Electro
• Computer Literate
• Good in written and spoken English
• Willing to work in overseas and remote/desert areas.

Specific Requirement for each position:
• Having experience on 2D/3D Land Seismic Operations min. for 15 years for (SOG), and 6-10 years for (OG)
• Familiar with MESA, OMNY field operations software, for (SOG).
• Familiar with seismic operation equipment and apparatus, for (OG)
