OPERATION SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

• Responsible for leading and directing field Marine and Logistical Supply Service Operations.
• Recommend and implement approved standard operation procedures and services guidelines
• Assist with development of  company’s business plan and operation strategy
• Coordinate project operations with HSE Department, Finance and Accounting Department, Marketing Department, and Security
• Ability to detect problem in the field and take immediate corrective action
• Ability to do purchasing management to support project operations
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly operation reports
• Willing to be placed or traveled at anywhere to manage/supervise project operations

Requirements:

• Male, has minimum 5 years of progressively responsible operational experience, especially in Shipping/Shipyard Company with a demonstrated record of success and effective performance
• Must at least have a Shipping Management background
• Proficiency in English both oral & written and computer literacy
• Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team based environment within a heavily matrix organization
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication skills: oral, written, presentation, and influencing, plus the ability to communicate with a wide range of people
•  Solid strategic, analytical, and decision making skills
• A self-starter, confident in his abilities, self-motivated and able to work effectively with limited supervision
• A results-oriented individual who can make a difference; an individual who takes initiative, makes things happen, accepts accountability and has a “can do” attitude; has a sense of urgency
• Able to work under pressure, and/or with tight deadline and urgency conditions
• Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.
• A strong value system, unquestioned integrity and good listening skills
