Assistant Production Manager (Injection Molding Division)
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder in mechanical / materials engineering
- At least 8 years of working experience in injection molding of precision plastic components & 5 years holding leadership position
- Experienced in tooling & machine adjustment for wide range of plastic material
- Possess strong analytical skill & leadership
- Shown good track record of working with cross functional team or projects
- Good verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia & good presentation / communications skills
- Willing to be stationed in Batam Island
Job Descriptions:
- Plan the required resources to meet monthly production achievements at optimum cost
- Drive & lead teams to challenge productivity improvements like cycle time / waste reduction
- Lead respective sections & sub-cons to improve quality of product & yield improvement
- Plan and manage new product / project to meet shipment schedules
Assistant Production Manager (Assembly Division)
Requirements :
- Diploma or degree holder in mechanical engineering
- At least 8 years of working experience in manufacturing environment & 5 years holding leadership position
- Good track record of working with cross functional team or projects
- Possess strong analytical skill & leadership
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Good verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia & good presentation / communications skills
- Willing to be stationed in Batam Island
Job Descriptions :
