PRODUCTION ASSISTANT MANAGER
Responsibilities
The incumbent will be assisting the Plant Manager in the planning, co-ordination and control of production processes. He will be:
- Responsible for production output
- Monitor and controlling the Plant efficiency (machines, personnel efficiency, and scrap)
- Manpower planning and scheduling
- Maintenance activity (preventive and break down maintenance, spare part inventory management)
- Responsibility on implementation of all company procedure and concept including training and development of all personnel in production area
- Implementation of company’s Quality Management system
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Having at least 8 years of related experience within a manufacturing environment
- Good track record of formulating and implementing production policies and systems in comparable size companies, preferably MNC
- Established track record in Production
- Managerial and negotiation skills, particularly in employee relations
- Strong in technical skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fully competent in using MS Office Application
- Fluency in English (Germany will be an advantage)
