PT Danone are a multinational company operating in more than 120 countries worldwide with strong position in manufacturing and marketing quality food and beverage products. To cope with our rapid growth and international expansion, we are inviting well-trained high potential professionals to join our operation in Indonesia for the following positions:

1. QA Supervisor (QS)
Responsibilities:
• Good analytical & Communication, Work on Shift, Personal Hygiene Awareness, Self Initiative
• Responsible for quality engineering as well as providing support to incoming and in-process quality operations. Performs failure benchmark testing, localization and destructive/nondestructive analyses to determine the physical defect.
• Give the necessary methodological and technical tools to improve quality to the plants and development groups
• Implement the quality policy within the production departments
• Ensure the consistency of the plants quality systems with this policy
• Measure the products and services quality through the follow-up of indicators and the realization of periodical quality statements.
• Clarify and realize internal and external quality audits
• Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements:
• Education background Degree in Food Tech or Chemistry
• Having 2-3 experience in same position
• Good knowledge in HACCP, ISO, Safety, and SAP
• Computer literate
• Able to speak and write in English fluently

2. Mecanics (MK)
Responsibilities:
• Provides technical advice and service such as installation, maintenance, repair services to meet customer requirements.

Requirements:
• Education background min STM Electro/Mechanic
• Having 2-3 experience in same position
• Computer literate

3. Packaging Electrician (PE)
Responsibilities:
• PLC, Ladder, Pneumatics, Control, FCMG is preferred
• Establishes packaging systems with optimal effectiveness. Develops and specifies new and revised packaging. Develops and implements process improvements. Requires knowledge of industry regulatory requirements for packaging components and their related testing and documentation.
• Provides technical advice and service such as installation and repair services. Resolves day to day technical problems on the production lines especially on packaging line (s). Troubleshoot electrical device problem.

Requirements:
• Education background min STM Electro/Mechanic
• Having 2-3 experience in same position
• Good knowledge in PLC, Laddger, Pneumatics, and Control
• Computer literate
• Able to speak and write in English fluently

4. Maintenance Head (MH)
Responsibilities:
• Basic CMMS knowledge, Leadership skill, FCMG is preferred..
• Oversee the accomplishment of preventive maintenance program. Coordinates the activities of corrective maintenance, and control the cost of maintenance orders.
• Within the framework of the definition of the industrial policy and of the plant’s objectives:
• Participate in the implementation of the plant’s investment policy
• Ensure the availability, optimization and durability of production tools
• Remain up-to-date on technical developments
• Lead the maintenance team and ensure their participation in the plant’s production objectives

Requirements:
• Education background Diploma III in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Having 2-3 experience in same position
• Basic CMMS Knowledge
• Computer literate
• Able to speak and write in English fluently

5. HR Supervisor (HS)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for day to day administration of policies and programs covering several or all of the following: recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, safety and personnel research.
• Participates in the implementation of the Human& Social policy within the entity under his responsibility
• Responsible for operational management for a specific entity
• Develops& implements training and communication
• Acts as the point of contact for social partners
• Participates in organizational projects
• Responsible for managing personnel administration
• Ensures that legal regulations are respected and implemented within the entity concerned.
• Responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Group’s HR policies

Requirements:
• Education background in Degree or equivalent
• Having 2-3 experience in same position
• Computer literate
• Able to speak and write in English fluently
