1. Senior Reliability Engineer (PMT0277)
Qualifications:
• University graduate or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 to 10 years work experience in Maintenance and/or Reliability Engineering in a Field Environment, preferably in a Mining Environment.
• Ability to carry out RCA, FMECA & Pareto analysis.
• Competent in the use of MS Office and MS Project.
• Prior supervisory experience in directing engineering department activities.
• Proven problem solving skills and ability to function with little or no supervision.
• Proven leadership capability
• Ability to function and support multiple disciplines.
• Intermediate spoken and written English language skills.
• Ability to direct and coordinate CMMS programs.
• Ability to compile parts, service manuals, and technical reference documents.
• Good communications skills with a proven ability to motivate subordinates
2. Staff Internal Auditor (FIN0104)
Qualifications:
• B.S. degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of public accounting or auditing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience are necessary.
• Big 4 experience preferred.
3. Senior Design and Mechanical Engineer (PMT0097)
Qualifications:
• University graduate or higher in Engineering.
• Ability to audit the use of precision measurement instruments & tools.
• Competent in the use of MS Office and CAD programs.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years work experience in design engineering.
• Prior supervisory experience in directing engineering department activities.
• Proven problem solving skills and ability to function with little or no supervision.
• Proven leadership capability.
• Ability to function and support multiple disciplines.
• Intermediate spoken and written English language skills.
• Ability to direct and coordinate CMMS programs.
• Capable of enforcing regulations relating to construction sites and processing operations.
• Ability to compile parts, service manuals, and technical reference documents
• Good communications skills with a proven ability to motivate subordinates.
• Ability to implement and audit maintenance procedures.
4. Sr. Programmer Analyst (ISY0046)
Qualifications:
• B.S. (S1) in Computer Science or related field with 5 years experience managing major application projects.
• Experience in Data Warehouse methodologies and dimensional modeling (star schema).
• Expertise in Oracle relational databases including database design, SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL Loader.
• Skills in ETL Tools (Informatica and others)
• Experience in at least one OLAP reporting tool (Oracle Express, Cognos, Hyperion / Brio, Business Objects/Crystal Reports.
• Proficiency in English language is highly desirable
5. General Supervisor Operation (MOP0229)
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a supervisory role with a minimum of 5 years managerial experience required.
• Have strong leadership capability.
• Engineering degree is helpful but not required.
6. Foreman Process Mech Mtc Crus/Conveying (PMT0031)
Qualifications:
• A high school education and 5 years of experience with maintenance of large mechanical equipment and piping in a milling/processing environment are necessary. Time management and people management skills are necessary.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
7. Foreman Drilling (MOP0030)
Qualifications:
• Mining engineer with two years experience or high school degree with 7 years experience supervises drill and blasting activity.
• Willing to learn and have ambition to get higher level position.
• Able to work in rotation shift with 4 by 4 schedules.
• Able work together with Geology, maintenance and engineering dept.
• Coordinate with blasting formen to facilitate of blasting operations.
• Able to coordinate the shift hand over field instruction to ensure 24 hours operation.
• Minimum age 25 years old.
• Able to Active and passive English.
• Demonstrated high loyalty.
• Able to take care 10 drill unit.
8. Coordinator – Mechanical Maintenance (PMT0098)
Qualifications:
• Appropriate graduate or postgraduate degree in Maintenance Management, Maintenance Engineering, Reliability Engineering or closely related disciplines.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of Maintenance experience is required including maintenance supervision, project management, planning & scheduling and reliability improvement.
• Experience in the management and administration of budgets and financial controls in a multinational company.
• Strong leadership and a people oriented outlook.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• High computer literacy with all business and maintenance related software functions.
