Goltens is an international group within Marine, Offshore, Stationary Power Plants and industrial fields. Goltens handles projects of varying size and complexity from turn-key with a variety of disciplines involved, through diesel engine parts reconditioning, equipment and machinery overhaul and a multitude of in-situ machining services. Due to rapid growth of the company, we now urgently need qualified persons to fill the following positions in Jakarta.

SERVICE ENGINEERS - DIESEL & MECHANIC

• Supervisory and hands-on work required for onboard and shop work.
• Candidate must have strong experience in full disassembly/reassembly, overhaul works required for main and auxiliary engines manufactured by MAN-B&W, Wartsila, Mitsubishi, etc.
• Troubleshooting and repair of operational problems including fuel systems, turbochargers, starting air, vibration, etc.
• Crankshaft inspection and evaluation skills required, including measurement, condition and alignment.
• Marine engineering degree and / or licensed engineer preferred.
• Able to work independently and willingness to travel and work on site.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) will be an advantage.

Human Resources Dev. Supervisor (HRD)

• Male/ Female with min. 3 years experience in similar position.
• Bachelor Degree in law/ management or Psychology.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
• Computer literate familiar with relevant computer programs data base systems.
• Good Interpersonal skill & honest.

Responsibilities:
• Handling all personnel administrations, payroll, recruitment and industrial relations.
• Develop and propose systems personnel policies and regulations company.
• Manage day to day operations of HR operations.
• Assist in General Affair matters.
