Staffing Representative (Requisition ID 3772)

The jobholder would handle the staffing function within the area of responsibility; Ensure that advertisements content is accurate, compliant and professional; Maintain a database of updated Job Descriptions and advertisements; Screen the CV’s received; Forward the shortlisted CV’s to the Hiring Manager and HR team; Conduct initial phone screening and assist with the interviewing process; Identify the best recruitment channels within geographical area of responsibility; Identify suitable recruitment consultants; manage the relationship with third parties.

Ideal candidate would be holding a Bachelor Degree in HR, Business or equivalent coupled with 2+ years staffing and/or HR experience OR operational experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
