Scheduling & Expediting Junior Officer

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will responsible to support schedule development for all contract and work center dispatch list provision to guide shop activities. The schedule shall be developed to meet customer requirement date and within standard shop performance. This incumbent will be also supposed to assist pre-fabrication activities, fabrication documents, materials, and project customer, and to initiate actions shall the expediting process indicating a discrepancy to the baseline schedule.
The expediting function shall be performed in coordination with other department including production, ME, logistic / sub-contractors, supply management & procurement, and project management.

Requirements
1. Hold a bachelor degree in mechanical / industrial / naval engineering, or senior high school with 5 –8 years of experiences in boiler / BOP
manufacturing.
2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
3. Has good skill and knowledge on scheduling techniques (forward / backward, CPM, JIT, etc) and capacity planning.
4. Has good skill on ms. office applications with emphasized on Microsoft Project, Spreadsheet and Graphics.
5. English proficiency at least in writing for creating of purchase requisition is required.
