BUSINESS APPRENTICE

The program is highly competitive and lasts around 12 months. The scope covers ConocoPhillips Upstream (Exploration, Production & Transportation) operations and focuses on how our business meets the requirements of all Stakeholders (investors, employees, customers, vendors & local communities). In particular, the program provides the Business Apprentices the opportunity to demonstrate the following positive characteristics: leadership, effective communication, commercial awareness, problem analysis, initiative, innovation and creativity, planning and organizing, personal and team skills.

Requirements :

• Fresh graduates with bachelor/master degree or New Hire with max. 1 year of work experience.
• Majoring in Management (Finance, Marketing, Strategic, Banking), Economics, Accounting, Tax, Statistics, International Relations, Communication / Public Affairs, Business Administration, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Material, Industrial, Chemical, Environmental), Information Technology / Computer Science, Mathematics & Science (Mathematic, Physic, Chemistry), and Social Sciences (Sociology, Anthropology, Social Welfare).
• Fluent in English (oral and writing).
• Highly motivated, strong analytical skill and problem solving capabilities
• Have an outstanding performance, GPA minimum 3.30 of 4.00 scale.

Requirements:

• To construct & develop Consumer Risk MIS reporting (routine & ad hoc)
• To identify, analyze, and monitor product portfolio performance & risk, ensuring balance growth and profitability
• To provide inputs to senior management on possible actions according to portfolio quality condition

Responsibilities:

• Minimum S1 degree, preferably from informatics, statistics, mathematics, or economics
• Having minimum 1 year experience in Consumer Bank as MIS or Analyst
• Previous exposure in Risk, Credit, Collections and Scoring will be a valuable advantage
• Possess computer programming and database skills such as SAS or SQL
• Visual Basic, and MS Access programming would be advantage
• A self starter and able to work independently as well as collectively
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
