MAT0144 _ SPECIALIST – CONTRACT ADMIN
Responsibility:
To manage and administer commercial aspects of contracting activities associated with either the Operations, Business, or External Relations groups in accordance with PTNNT policies and procedures, FCPA, Indonesian Law and Batu Hijau Contract of Work while at the same time ensuring a high level support service to these user departments for contract bidding, negotiating, preparation and management and applying an ethical, efficient, risk managed, consistent and effective approach at every stage of the process.

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY to DIRECTOR (ES)
Requirements:
1. Graduates from a reputable Academy/University, majoring in Secretary or Administration, GPA min. 2,80;
2. Experienced, min. 2 year as Executive Secretary
3. Age max. 30 years;
4. Having knowledge all aspects of secretarial duties
5. Skilled in using MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint;
6. Capable to manage in/outgoing letters, files, filing documents and able to perform multi tasking skills;
7. Fluent in English (capable to compose letters & communicate in English);
8. Proficient in Mandarin is advantage
9. Charming appearance; Attractive, good performance, personality, honest, self-motivated , integrity, discipline, diligent, and hard working
Job Description:
1. Correspondence;
2. Preparing presentation/reports;
3. Filing & distributing memos/documents to managers;
4. Compiling news clippings;
5. Arranging schedules & meetings;
6. Receiving incoming calls & guests (for BOD).
