ENABLE is a project in the Aceh province that focuses on youth at risk of entering hazardous and exploitative labor.
Senior Manager “Enable” Program
This position directly supervises the ENABLE M & E Advisor and the ENABLE Youth Specialist and will oversee the entire ENABLE program in Aceh province consistent with the program model for mobilizing communities to identify factors contributing to children at-risk entering in hazardous / exploitive labor, and for designing relevant strategies to reduce such risk .
REQUIREMENTS
Business Apprentice Program (BA)
The program is highly competitive and lasts around 12 months. The scope covers ConocoPhillips Upstream (Exploration, Production & Transportation) operations and focuses on how our business meets the requirements of all Stakeholders (Investors, Employees, Customers, Vendors & local Communities). In particular, the program provides the Business Apprentices the opportunity to demonstrate the following positive characteristics: leadership, effective communication, commercial awareness, problem analysis, initiative, innovation and creativity, planning and organizing, personal and team skills.

Programme Coordinator, Aceh/Nias
Oxfam GB works with more than 1,000 partners in over 80 countries to overcome poverty and suffering. We?re well recognised for helping people in crisis and after the Tsunami disaster of 2004, we were one of the first aid agencies to respond. In the NAD province of Indonesia, we set about meeting immediate needs with emergency water, sanitation and essential suppliers. Over the following years our focus shifted to getting people back into permanent housing, providing grants and organising training to help them regain a means of earning a living. Now, we?re looking for a highly experienced and dedicated professional to take this humanitarian programme forward.
Who we are looking for
Your field experience will have given you a real understanding of the core issues surrounding relief and development work. Added to that you?ll have substantial experience of humanitarian programme development that clearly shows your ability to lead, enthuse and empower people, and includes experience of financial management. It?s essential that you possess outstanding communication skills, are comfortable working in an administratively complex environment and committed to integrating gender and diversity into programme work.
