Offshore Activity Co-ordinator

Requirements:

• Min. S-1 Technical
• Min. 15 years in oil and gas with multi craft experience.
• Broad experience in Oil/Gas Operations, preferably offshore
• Fluent in English, oral and written
• Excellent leadership skill to lead multi discipline team and to coordinate work with other departments such as HSE, Plant and Field Operation, Drilling and Well Operation,  Engineering, Procurement, Logistic, Support Services, Administration and Jakarta Supports Organization
• Strong understanding of planning concepts and processes.
• Competent in the use of MS Project, Advanced MS Excel & Primavera P3
• SAP PM/MM/DMS
• Experienced in the principles of effective materials management.
• Has strong basic knowledge of oil and gas equipment and light construction.
• Has strong basic knowledge of HSEMS
• Knowledgeable in use of budget report/information/computer tools.
• Knowledgeable in advanced risk management techniques such as:  Root Cause Failure analysis (RCFA), Failure Mode Equipment Analysis (FMEA), etc
• Skilled in using tools for cost tracking data.
• General understanding of the production process.
• Ability to read and understand P&IDs and engineering drawings.
