Scheduling & Expediting Junior Officer

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will responsible to support schedule development for all contract and work center dispatch list provision to guide shop activities. The schedule shall be developed to meet customer requirement date and within standard shop performance. This incumbent will be also supposed to assist pre-fabrication activities, fabrication documents, materials, and project customer, and to initiate actions shall the expediting process indicating a discrepancy to the baseline schedule.
The expediting function shall be performed in coordination with other department including production, ME, logistic / sub-contractors, supply management & procurement, and project management.
Requirements
1. Hold a bachelor degree in mechanical / industrial / naval engineering, or senior high school with 5 –8 years of experiences in boiler / BOP
manufacturing.
2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
3. Has good skill and knowledge on scheduling techniques (forward / backward, CPM, JIT, etc) and capacity planning.
4. Has good skill on ms. office applications with emphasized on Microsoft Project, Spreadsheet and Graphics.
5. English proficiency at least in writing for creating of purchase requisition is required.

Structural Engineer:
Required skills/certificates :
Must possess Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering/Naval architecture. Experience in the analysis and design of offshore structures like jacket platform, FPSO is essential. Capable of independently undertaking design and analysis assignments, a thorough knowledge of materials, specifications, design software – particularly SACS or equivalent offshore analysis program and GRLWEAP is essential. Must be familiar with relevant API, DNV design codes and proficient with Noble Denton, LOC installation criteria etc. Exposure to construction and estimating will be an added advantage.
Architectural Engineer:
Required skills/certificates :
Must possess Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architectural/Civil Engineering. Experience in the preparing the Architectural details and related design for buildings with HVAC, living quarters in offshore structures is essential. Capable of independently undertaking and developing the architectural design drawings for construction as per the specifications. Good knowledge of architectural materials, specifications is required. exposure to construction and estimating will be an added advantage.
Process Engineer:
Required skills/certificates ;
Must possess Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering. Experience in conceptual studies, FEED, detailed design, HAZOP and design review. Also experience in preparation of pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures and activities will be an added advantage. Process experience will include onshore & offshore upstream oil production and gas processing facilities. Experience in conducting process simulations particularly with HYSYS is essential. Familiarity with Process Hazard / Risk Analysis is advantageous. Responsibilities will include development of PFD’s, P&ID’s, UFD’s data sheet including sizing and specification equipment & instruments.
