J ob Descriptions:

• Assist project manager in managing and implementing projects on hand
• Coordinate , plan and organize work progress at site with main contractor and various other internal and external parties
• Review project specifications and ensure adherence
• Prepare and maintain documentation in accordance to ISO standards
• Provide timely updates of work development to project manager
• Ensure observation of safety regulations and other site rules

Q u a l i f i c a t i o n

• Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Higher Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Good communication skills - verbal and written reports
• Good planning, coordinating and multi-tasking skills
• Basic knowledge of Auto- CAD and MS Office
• Able to work in team
• Ability to design ACMV system would be an advantage
• Willing to be located in Singapore
