As a multinational company in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) located in Airmadidi (Minahasa Utara), we are looking for the talent and motivated people to joint with us as Production Supervisor. The candidate should meet the following qualifications :
-Male/female, age between 25-35 years old
-Minimum S1 university degree in Engineering (electrical / mechanical / industrial) with GPA minimum 2,8
-Ready to stay and placement at Airmadidi plant (Manado-Sulawesi Utara)
-Able to work in shiftly hours (include holiday)
-Have a good command in English both oral and written
-Have a good leadership, strong analytical skill and work proactively for better achievement
-Computer literate (familiar with SAP application will be an advantage)
-Have experience in other FMCG manufacturing company is preferable

With Qualification:
-Shall be certified as LEAD AUDITOR for ISO 9001, & preferably registered with IRCA and as a minimum
-having a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from a reputable university
-Should be able to work independently & consistently under a challenging onshore and offshore construction environment
-Shall have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar position / organization
-Familiarity with international codes / stds, is a must with a good technical skills in the evaluation & interpretation of
various technical requirements in the oil & gas industry -Should be a quick learner, team player & mainly an extrovert
-Command on English language with self-confidence & a pleasing personality to deal with at all levels & nationalities are very essential.
