Project Manager (PM)
Ensure that the key performance indicator of project is achieved.

Safety, Health Environment & Quality Department Head (SHEQ DH)
Ensure SHE regulation & policies are running well at all work locations.

Individual Development Section Head (ID SH)
Ensure the annual training & development target program is achieved.

Qualification
• Max. 45 years old.
• Bachelor degree related to each position.
• Two years in managerial position.
• Base in Jakarta.
• Base in Kalimantan (PM)

Engineering Section Head (ENG SH)
Ensure the mine planning & production target is achieved

Production Section Head (PROD SH)
Ensure the coal and over burden productivity is achieved.

Plant Section Head (PLANT SH)
Ensure all the main & Supporting equipment are available to support production achievement.

HRGA Section Head (HRGA SH)
Ensure all the Human Resource Development & General Affair activities at work locations are running well based on company regulation & policies, to support production achievement.

Qualification:
• Max. 40 years old.
• Bachelor degree related to each position.
• Five years experience in open pit coal mining area.
• Two years in managerial position.
• Base in Kalimantan.

Engineering Supervisor (ENG Spv)
Responsible for monitoring & evaluating the mine planning progress, pit condition and road maintenance.

Production Supervisor (PROD Spv)
Ensure that the mine planning are executed correctly at work location to achieve the production target.

Drill & Blast Supervisor (D&B Spv)
Ensure that all drilling and blasting activities are done correctly as planned and based on the right standard operating procedure.

Plant Supervisor (PLANT Spv)
Ensure that all activities of service and maintenance are running well at work location to achieve the targeted equipment availability.

Safety, Health & Environment Supervisor (SHE Spv)
Ensure SHE regulation & policy are running well to achieve Zero Loss Time Injury targets at work locations.

Maintenance Planner (MP)
Plan and organize activities of equipment periodic service schedule.

Heavy Equipment Instructor (HE Ins)
Responsible for developing & conducting training of heavy equipment operation technique (Komatsu Product).

Mechanical Instructor (MHE Ins)
Responsible for developing and conducting training of the field repair and maintenance system for Komatsu Product

Qualification:
• Max. 40 years old.
• Bachelor degree related to each position.
• Three years experience in open pit coal mining area.
• Have a second class blasting certificate for Prod and D&B.
• Base in Kalimantan.

Engineering Group Leader (ENG GL)
Ensure all production information related to equipment utilization, productivity, hauling distance and cost estimation are collected & analyzed.

Production Group Leader (PROD GL)
Assign and control the schedule of operator in one shift to achieve the daily production targets.

Drill & Blast Group Leader (D&B GL)
Ensure all the drilling & blasting activities in comply with the standard operating procedure and SHE policy.

Plant Group Leader (PLANT GL)
Ensure all equipment maintenance activity are accomplished, to enable daily support of the production targets

Safety, Health & Environment Group Leader (SHE GL)
Responsible for monitoring all activities related to SHE at work locations.

Qualification
• Max. 35 years old.
• Bachelor / Diploma degree related to each position.
• Two years experience as a GL in open pit coal mining.
• Have a second class blasting certificate for D&B.
• Base in Kalimantan.

Mechanic (Mech)
Performs activities of the field heavy equipment repair and maintenance programs.

Operator (Opr)
Operates a number of heavy equipment type including heavy duty truck, bulldozer, excavator and other auxiliary equipment.

Qualification
• Max. 35 years old.
• Has three years experience in operating certain equipment
• Base in Kalimantan.

Accounting & Tax Staff (A&T)
Ensure integrity of the transaction documents and its recording.

Corporate Planning Officer (CP)
Conduct all corporate finance planning activities including financial projection and funding.

Client Relation Officer (CR)
Maintain company’s liabilities & relationship with its creditors.

Internal Audit Officer (IA)
Conduct audit activities at work locations.

Legal Officer (Leg)
Ensure all the legal aspect of the company comply with Indonesian law regulation.

Recruitment, Selection & Assessment Officer (RSA)
Conduct recruitment, selection & assessment activities to match the qualification of candidate with the job requirement.

Qualification
• Max. 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree related to each position.
• 3 - 5 years experience.
• Base in Jakarta.
