RISK MANAGEMENT
The incumbent for Risk Management Dept. Head should have an advance competency in multifinance risk management and have more than 3 years experience in related function. For the Analyst, 2 years experience in the same field is necessary.

Credit Risk Dept Head, code CRDH
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the group’s policies, and training, support the business’s growth expectations and that lending losses should never impact group’s cash flow or profit expectation; managing the development and implementation of new scorecards and the refinement of process and cut-off strategies. The successful applicant will be suitable qualified and have experience in managing a consumer portfolio.Operation Risk Dept Head, code ORDH
The incumbent will be mainly responsible for designing, implementing and controlling our operation risk. Minimizing company risk damages, building system for DRC, fraud handling and business recovery are your responsibilities.

Fund Rising & Investment Analyst, code FIA
The incumbent will be mainly responsible for implementing and controlling fund rising, like loan, capital, channeling etc, also controlling our investment policy of deposit, cash, factoring, joint finance and dealer financing.

Operation Risk & Policy Analyst, code OPA
The incumbent will be mainly responsible for implementing and controlling our operation from risk. Cooperate with other operation function, this incumbent will analyze and build some system of operation risk.

Business Development Risk Analyst, code BDA
The incumbent will be mainly responsible for making feasibility study of our potential business development. Together with other function, he/she will involve in analyzing, reviewing and making future cash flow for business development.

MARKETING & IT

Dealer & Customer Relation Management Dept Head, code DCRM
The incumbent will be mainly responsible for managing marketing programs (such as joint promo, exhibition, etc) with distributor, Main Dealer and its channel; and Business Partners, in order to support sales target achievement, develop value added products & services to fulfill customers and dealers need, also creating & implementing customer loyalty programs to increase profitability. He/she should master Dealer & Customer Relation Management and possess more than 3 years experience in related function.IT Development Dept Head, code ITDH
Reporting to Division Head, the incumbent will be mainly responsible for designing, implementing & maintaining the Information Technology System effectively & efficiently. 3-5 years experience in developing system for multifinance company will be required


TA DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

TA Development Program, code TDP
As a Management Trainee, we prepare you in 7 months to become our leader of operation. Fresh graduate from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 and having a potential capability to lead people. Proven participation in campus activities will be an advantage.

OPERATION
The incumbent for the following positions will need to have worked in a bank or finance company and have at least 3 years relative experience and have a willingness to be assigned throughout Indonesia (especially Jawa & Bali). The incumbent will report directly to the branch manager and to be part of the branch’s top team.

Sales Head (Jkt, Bdg, Sby), code SAH
The incumbent will manage the Sales function in the branch in accordance with company’s policies and procedures to achieve the sales targets and enhance our company’s service reputation.

Credit Head (Jkt, Bdg), code CRH
The incumbent will manage the acquisition function within the Branch according to company’s policies and procedures, while providing the best service to our customers and dealers. The majority of the applications will be within their delegated authority to take a decision.

Collection Head (Jkt, Bdg, Sby), code COH
The incumbent will manage the Collection function in the branch in accordance with company’s policies and procedures to minimize the level of bad debts through optimal portfolio management.
Service Head (Jkt), code SEH
The incumbent will manage the Service function in the branch in accordance with company’s policies and procedures to exceed the service expectations of our customers.

Sub Branch Head, code SBH
The incumbent will manage the operation to support branch target and must be willing to be located in our expansion area.

Fleet Account Officer (Jkt, Sby), code FAO
The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining and creating corporate new account in order to achieve both individual and team target. As our liaison you will assist our customer to translate their needs and requirements into ours. In this case you should have min. 1,5 years experiences as corporate account officer, great network, able to work a long with individual as well as team target, literate in English (and mandarin as an added value).

Bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan pelayanan dan penanganan terbaik bagi pelanggan. Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, cerdas, memiliki kepribadian matang & berpenampilan menarik. Pendidikan min. D3 dan memiliki pengalaman 2 tahun pada fungsi yang sama.

Sales Officer (Jabodetabek), kode SO
Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target pemenuhan aplikasi kredit, menjalin relasi dengan dealer, serta membangun jaringan hubungan kerja dengan berbagai pihak.

Field Collector (Jabodetabek), kode FC
Bertanggung jawab terhadap penanganan masalah A/R sesuai prosedur yang berlaku

Surveyor (Jabodetabek), kode SUR
Bertanggung jawab atas validasi dan verifikasi data aplikasi kredit.

Persyaratan untuk SO, FC, dan SUR adalah :

  • Pendidikan minimal D3, IPK min. 2,80
  • Usia kurang dari 30 tahun
  • Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang yang sama, terutama di perusahaan pembiayaan
  • Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
  • Memiliki keinginan untuk selalu melebihi target
  • Mampu menjaga motivasi kerja dan integritas yang tinggi
  • Memiliki keinginan belajar yang kuat
  • Memiliki sepeda motor dan sim A/C
  • Mengenal seluk beluk wilayah Jabodetabek
