The British Council in Indonesia is recruiting for the posts of:

Project Team Leader (Development)

Requirements:The post holder will ensure that our existing portfolio of development contract are managed to client satifaction and will help us expand our programme by securing new opportunities, working with new partners. This position will be offered for a fixed period of 1 year.

Key duties of this post include:

•  Project Management
•  Proect Pursuit
•  Communications and Relationship Management

The succesful applicant will need to be able to demostrate:

•  Evidence of Project management experience with development organisations (E)
•  Evidence in building and maintaining relationships for influence
•  Capacity to apply procedures flexibly with high accountability
•  Strong sense of achivement and customer service orientation
•  An English language IELTS score of minimum 7

Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be short-listed for interview
