Training Officer
General requirement :
- Male/Female
- Age between 28 – 35 years old
- S1 degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in conducting training
- Must have ability to conduct training individually and in a team
- Proven track record in delivering training with positive participant feedback
- Preferably has experience in conducting a variety of training programs; mindset/ motivational and skill program; workshop and outdoor program; program for sales team and front liners
- Familiar with Computer and windows applications
- Having self confidence and motivation will be of advantage
- Good Inter-personal relationship skill
- Have a “can do” attitude, energetic, flexibility, high degree of initiative
- Willing to travel out of town
