Recruitment & Training Supervisor
The role of this position is to:
Performs recruitment & selection process, shortlisted candidate and co-ordinate interview with user
Design, schedule and implement training program
Review existing training method and technique and their applications
The qualifications are:
- university graduate in Psychology from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having 1 years experience in Recruitment & Training
- Good analytical and problem solving
- Excellent English (spoken & written) & Computer literate
- Willing to be placed in Sukabumi – West Java
