HRS Manager (HM)

Qualification:

•  University graduated from any major, from reputable university with maximum 35 years old.
•  You must have minimum 5 years professional experiences in human resources management with 2 years hands-on managerial experienced.
•  Must thoroughly understand human resources management in sales and after sales service company.
•  Must be able to analyze problems, utilize resources and improve employee productivity to enhance our market share and customer satisfaction.
•  Strong leadership, analytical skill and people management especially in handling difficult people.
•  Creative, energetic, team player, high motivated, detail oriented and well organized.
•  Able to travel around Indonesia.
•  Good interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English are a must.
•  Computer literate is a must.
