Wealth Managers – Personal Banking &Amanah Syariah

• The incumbent will be responsible to maintain the existing personal banking clients and enhance current relationship
• Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in selling investment products.

General Requirements:

• Bachelor & Master degree from a reputable university
• Must have good command in both spoken and written English
• Must have commercial acumen, personal credibility, supervisory / leadership skill, a marketing orientation and the drive to succeed
• Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
• Must be ready to follow selection/recruitment process in Surabaya (for candidate outside Surabaya)

Teller/Service Relations/Back Office (Surabaya)

• The incumbent will responsible to deal with general Banking operations as well as deliver service according to company’s standard.
• Customer service focused, detail oriented, team player, and mature.
• Fresh graduate is welcome

Assistant Manager –CSR Walk in & Payment, Card/PIL

• The incumbent will be responsible to ensure smooth operations in Credit Card Banking Hall as well as manage payments, customer complaints and inquiries.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in selling cards.

Assistant Manager - Payment Cash & Management

• The incumbent will be responsible for the marketing and selling of domestic and regional cash management solutions to the Bank’s Corporate clients.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in selling corporate banking products

Assistant Manager – Sales & Business Development

• The incumbent will be responsible to manage in-house direct selling team.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in selling banking/ insurance/foreign exchange products.
