 FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Reporting directly to the General Manager, Autoliv Indonesia, with functional reporting to the Regional CFO, Autoliv Asia Pacific, you will be a key member of the Autoliv Indonesia (AID) management team
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Management reporting for Autoliv Indonesia office which will be reviewed and consolidated at the Autoliv Asia Pacific region office.
- Establishment and implementation of proper procedures and internal control system.
- Coordinate ERP System implementation, SOx implementation, banking arrangement and tax transfer pricing issues.
- Training and development of the Finance organization.
- To take full responsibility for all financial activities. To be proactive and operate as a key management team member in AID.
- Communicate and effectively filter requests and activities between the Autoliv regional finance team and AID. He/she will be expected to play a commercial management role to ensure the linkage and connectivity between Indonesia and the Autoliv regional business. The successful candidate will need to be an effective educator and communicator.
- Co-ordinate and control the accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes. Establish financial policies where appropriate and revise policies when circumstances require. Ensure compliance with regional and global reporting and planning policies and timetables.
- Develop financial based performance measurements (including income statement, balance sheet, cost accounting, cash flow and economic value added based measures) and assist implementation and reporting of financial, operations and security performance measurements for the business.
- Focus of performance measurements should enable the country management to better understand their operations, determine best practices and implement benchmarking targets to raise performance to best practice levels.
- Assist country management to assess profitability by customer and line of business.
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the General Manager of Autoliv Indonesia and the CFO, Autoliv Asia Pacific.
REQUIREMENT :
- At least 10 years working experience with at least 5 years in a senior finance position in multi-national manufacturing environment. Experience in working for a US-based listed company will be a plus.
- Experience in preparation of financial reporting package to overseas headquarters, including periodical management accounts, forecasts, etc.
- Strong financial management experience, ideally in a sales and manufacturing organization with more than 120 employees. Experience in automotive industry is a plus.
- Indonesian national who has lived and/or worked overseas for more than 5 years.
- Formal accounting qualifications including a university degree are required, although CPA or MBA coupled with experience of managing the finance function would be a satisfactory alternative.
- Excellent in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge and experience in US GAAP, Indonesia GAAP and SOx. Knowledge on IFRS will be a plus.
- Familiar with reporting package to overseas head quarters, commercial law and tax regulations in Indonesia and also with ERP system with implementation experience.
- Experience in Hyperion reporting system will be a plus.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment that is rapidly growing and changing. This person must have a personality that is business focused and at the same time flexible.
